Order Processing & Delivery Terms
• Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (except Weekend and Public Holidays)
• Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address as amendments are not allowed once the order has been created
• Our courier partners are DHL, Poslaju & Teleport (Singapore).
• Self-Collection is available in appointment basis at Horizon Hills, Johor Bahru
• All order will be processed within 1-3 days upon payment confirmation
• We will notify accordingly if we are unable to meet the targeted delivery date, however we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising for the late delivery
• Our Courier Partner will return your parcel(s) if the delivery details provided by you are invalid / insufficient or in the event when the courier attempted repeated delivery but failed for whatsoever reasons. In such events when the parcel is returned to us, we shall charge you for processing fees to ship again. Partial Refund will be made via Store Credit in event there is no further arranged shipping.
