How to place an order?

Select your favorite piece of gem and place it into your cart. You can choose the color (if any) from the options stated. Click on the shopping bag button on the top right corner to review your gems. Once confirmed, complete it by clicking the "Check Out" button. Express check out can be done if you are previously our customers or you have an account created under our website. 

A confirmation email will be sent to your email upon successful order creation. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping details as no amendment can be done once order created. Kindly email [email protected] if you have not received any confirmation email from us (you may also check your junk/spam mailbox). 

How long would it take to process my order?

All order will be processed within 24 hours. 

Can I cancel an order that have been placed?

Order can only be cancelled before tracking number has been generated. Once tracking number has been generated, we do not support any order cancellation. Do note that refund will only be done in the form of Store Credit.

Is Invoice available?

Yes, you do. Invoice will be email to you once the payment has been made successfully. No physical invoice will be sent in the parcel. 

Do I need to sign up for a LAURA JEWEL account to place my order?

No, you can also place order as a guest. However, we recommend that you sign up so you can enjoy a smoother and more convenient experience, and to get updates about new arrivals and attractive offers.

Do we get a tracking number afetr we order?

YES! All orders include tracking, you can find your tracking number in email and your LAURA JEWEL account you receicved when we shipped your order.

I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

Why doesn't my LAURA JEWEL promotional code work?

If your code is not working, double check you are entering the exact code given and that the code is still valid. Some of our promotional codes are only valid on certain collections so make sure to read the T&C.
