Return Terms and Conditions
- Purchased items can only be returned once
- Returns will only be processed in store credit
- Return requests may take up to 14 business days.
- Urgent return requests will not be entertained
- If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase (GWP) and by processing a return disqualifies this criterion, the GWP will have to be returned
- If the entire order is returned, the GWP will have to be returned as well
- If customer is unable to return or would like to keep the GWP, you may choose to do so
- There will be a 10% deduction of store credits in the supposed return amount
Return Validity
Item(s) in new and original condition can be returned within 14 days from date of received (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) with the exception of:
- Designs that were on final sale and/or were sold at more than a 30% and above discount
- Designs that were offered as 'deal of the day'
- All stationery products (i.e. greeting cards)
- Free Gift with Purchases
- Gift boxes and/or packaging
Items purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
Item(s) must additionally meet the following criteria:
- Product(s) is in original unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage
- Product(s) with its original packaging (jewellery bag and/or box excluding shipping packaging) that it came with
- If you are unable to return the original packaging/pouch or you would like to keep them, RM3 will be deducted from your credits.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) returned to customers. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
How can I get my refunded amount?
All return and refund purchase will be returned into your Store Credit. You may use it for your next purchase.
