Can I get an item replaced?

Replacements on items within warranty are applicable if:

  1. Your item is damaged and/or broken
  2. You have received the wrong item

Replacement Terms and Conditions

  1. Purchased items can only be replaced once
  2. Sales Item replacement is not supported unless damaged and/or broken.

Replacement unavailable:

In the event that the design is unavailable for replacement, we will refund the amount paid for this item in store credits based on the amount received. Store credits do not expire.


How do I request for a replacement:

To proceed with replacement, kindly email to [email protected] or direct message us on Instagram.



All replacement shipping cost should borne by customers unless damaged and/or broken or wrong items was sent.

Laura Jewel warranty covers a timeframe of 14days from date of receiving the item. This is inclusive of Weekdays and Public Holidays.

This warranty does not covers damage from wear and tear.
